Nature of Studies for BA
Allama Iqbal Open University every year hire a large number of teachers called as a tutor. They check all of your assignments and mark them to give you marks.
Assignments are mandatory for BA and the marks obtained in Assignments will be also counted in final. After the assignments, you have to give your final exams. There are many centers for the exams of AIOU around Pakistan. As AIOU is the first biggest Open University in Asia, therefore, it also provides programs to study for Overseas Pakistani’s.

What is the Fee for AIOU BA/Associate Degree program?
Allama Iqbal Open University – AIOU offers a BA/Associate Degree/BSc program. Fee for 1st semester of AIOU BA 2021 is 2,700 PKR and for the other three semesters, you have to submit the fee of 3,100 PKR individually for each three remaining semesters.
What are the Total Marks in AIOU BA/Associate Degree Program?
Allama Iqbal Open University consider your marks of assignments too while compiling your final result. In total, marks of the BA program, there is a 30% portion of Assignments Marks and 70% portion of your study Exams. As per AIOU BA Program 2021, you must have 50% marks in both to pass the semester.
Total Marks depends upon the subjects that you take. But, in general, there are 1100 total marks in AIOU BA program.
