Do I have to provide English/Chinese Language proficiency letter?
Yes, but again in some cases, you do not need to provide any language proficiency letter or language test score. But, some universities require it.
How to submit Recommendation Letters?
Most of the universities ask their applicants to provide the details (Name, Email, Contact Info) of their referee while applying online.
