You are hereby notified that all exams which were going to be conducted by Allama Iqbal Open University are now postponed till further orders by Government.
There were ongoing exams for many programs at Allama Iqbal Open University but in the wake of COVID-19 and the decision made by Educational Minister Shafqat Mehmood, all educational institutions will be closed from November 26, 2020, till the further orders.
All examinations are also postponed from November 26, 2020, till further orders. Although, one-paper exams or entry tests are still allowed with proper SOPs. Here below is the official announcement made by Allama Iqbal Open University regarding Spring 2020 Exams,
“This is with reference to Date Sheets of BA, ADE/ADC/PGD/B.Ed/BS/MA/M.Ed/MSc. Semester Spring 2020 notified vide this office notification #F.1-1/Spring-2020/Conduct/3456 & 3475 dated 05-10-2020 and 15-10-2020, respectively.
In compliance with the decision of the government regarding the closure of educational institutions, the AIOU examinations of Spring 2020 (currently in progress) have been postponed throughout the country with effect from November 26, 2020, till further orders as prevention and precautionary measure against the COVID-19. The new schedule of postponed exams will be announced later in the light of government directives.” (Reference: Check Here)
When AIOU Spring 2020 exams are going to be held?
All exams are postponed and there is no official announcement regarding Exams schedule till now. Till January 10, 2021, all exams are postponed and institutions are closed. After this period, there might be a new Exams Schedule by Allama Iqbal Open University.
