Sukkur IBA University is a public sector university of Sindh in Sukkur. It was established in 1994. In starting its name was Sukkur Institute of Business Administration and it was affiliated with the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi. In 2006 government gave it Degree Awarding Charter and it was recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC). Now it is an independent university and awards degrees on its own.
