Actually, sometime AIOU takes time to be updated. But if there has been a while you got your appointment letter and still not able to log in then make sure these things,
- Make sure you are using correct CNIC- without dashes and password
- Clear cache of your browser
After making sure these things, it is to be expected that you successfully login to your portal. If you are still unable to login then contact us again with your region (District). Also, you can contact your regional office here. Here, there will be contact numbers, just call them and ask for help.
